नीचे दी गई अंग्रेज़ी नीति ही मान्य है।

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what data the Gully Cricket Scorer Android app ("the app") and the website gully.myappscart.com ("the site", including live score pages) collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Data stored on your device

Matches, players, teams, ball-by-ball events and settings are stored in a local database on your phone. The app works fully offline and you can use it without an account. Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

If you choose Import from contacts, the app reads contact names only to create players. Phone numbers are never read or stored, and nothing is uploaded. You can deny the permission and still add players by typing names.

3. Optional account and cloud sync

If you choose to sign in, we use Firebase Authentication with either your phone number (one-time SMS code), your Google account (name, email, profile photo) or, on iOS, Sign in with Apple (name and an email address, which Apple may relay). Signing in lets the app back up and sync your matches, players, teams and tournaments to Google Cloud Firestore, and lets you run tournaments with other people. Player names, and the optional player photos and team logos you add, are stored with your account (images are resized to 512 px before upload).

4. Live score links and tournaments

When you start a live score, the current score, team names, player names and the final scorecard image are published to a page at gully.myappscart.com/m/<code>. Anyone with the link can view it. Live pages are archived after the match. Tournament data (teams, fixtures, results, points table and player statistics) is visible to signed-in users who have the tournament, such as scorers, captains and followers.

5. Analytics and crash data

We use Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used (e.g. "match started", "scorecard shared"), and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports (device model, OS version, app version and the stack trace), and Firebase Performance Monitoring to measure app speed (for example how long a scorecard image takes to draw). These tools use app-instance identifiers, not your name. We do not sell this data.

6. Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising ID and device information to show and measure ads. Where required (for example in the EEA/UK) we ask for your consent using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and you can change your choice later in Settings → Privacy → Ad choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Pro users do not see ads.

7. Purchases

Pro upgrades, theme packs and tournament packs are bought through Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and keep your entitlements in sync; RevenueCat receives your purchase history and an app user id (your Firebase user id once you sign in). We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.

8. Notifications

If you allow notifications we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token to send tournament fixture reminders. You can turn notifications off in Android settings.

9. Service providers

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Our providers may process data outside India under their own safeguards.

10. Retention and deletion

We keep cloud data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all cloud data from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing support@myappscart.com from your registered email or with your registered phone number. See how to delete your account. Deletion removes your profile, synced matches, players, teams, photos, live pages you own and your sign-in. Purchase records may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as required for tax and fraud prevention. Anonymous analytics and crash data expire automatically under Firebase retention settings (up to 14 months).

11. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@myappscart.com. We reply within 30 days.

13. Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and change the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
